Bart Coulter	President / Estimator / Project Manager bart@coulterconst.com Bart Coulter has 35 years experience in the construction industry and founded Coulter Construction in 1980 on the principle of service excellence. His hands-on approach keeps him actively involved in estimating and project management. His leadership keeps Coulter Construction at the forefront of construction technology and practices.
Keith Cauble	Executive Vice President / Estimator / Project Manager keith@coulterconst.com Keith Cauble has 27 years experience in the construction industry. He is a senior estimator, project manager, and serves as a construction management consultant. Keith's experience is supported by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture from the University of Hawaii.
Bill McNamara	Vice President / Estimator / Project Manager bill@coulterconst.com Bill McNamara has 24 years experience in the construction industry and is accomplished at the estimation, scheduling, and project management of large-scale construction projects.
Tammy Hodge	Contract Administrator tammy@coulterconst.com Tammy Hodge is Coulter Construction's senior contract administrator. Among her responsibilities are processing pre-qualification submittals, bid and contract documentation, and request for information (RFIs). She has been with Coulter Construction since 1993. Her years of experience ensure that contracts are efficiently and accurately handled.
Kimara Hodge	Accounts Receivable kimara@coulterconst.com Kimara Hodge serves Coulter Construction as a contract administrator and accounts receivable manager. Kimara maintains records on all receivables including billable hours through the use of the software application American Contractor 2000. Kimara has been with Coulter Construction since 1992 and is instrumental in the continued development of our accounting processes.
Denise Walch	Accounts Payable denise@coulterconst.com Denise Walch serves Coulter Construction as the account payable and payroll manager. Denise has been with Coulter Construction since 1994. Working in conjunction with account receivables, Denise tracks project closeouts for proper payment schedules.
Jennifer Coulter	Office Manager - San Jose Office jennifer@coulterconst.com Jennifer Coulter manages Coulter Construction's San Jose satellite office. Jennifer is instrumental in expediting contract documentation and serves as a liaison between Coulter Construction's two offices. She has been with Coulter Construction since 1996 and is a certificate candidate in Construction Management at San Jose State University.
